The examples of blades that can be made by our
machines:
Each tooth with different angle provides
greatly increased biting ability.
|
|
The machine cuts the saw on the
rotary table, so that each tooth is set at a
slightly different angle. So that friction at
the front end of the saw won't prevent the saw's
forward movement, the front teeth are so profiled
that each tooth points towards the handle. The
middle and back teeth, on the contrary, begin
to angle slightly towards the front of the blade
providing greatly increased biting ability.

Easy and economical resharpening.
|
|
As shown
on the drawing, APF saw tooth consists of 3 different
blade faces A,B and C while the standard saw has
2 blade faces A and B. To resharpen you only file
the C face instead of filing both A and B face.
Consequently it enables easier, faster and economical
resharpening. We have prepared the hand file for
the APF handsaw exclusive use. Furthermore after
resharpening 15 times of C face, tooth shape becomes
the same shape as standard saws then can resharpen
in the same manner as standard one.
